Save the Bonnie Hunt Show! Take a minute and google “save the bonnie hunt show.” The blogosphere is filled with unhappy fans of Bonnie Hunt. Apparently, her afternoon show was canceled and the last show is scheduled for May 6th. NBC continues to disappoint me with cancellations. I find myself watching other channels more and more…what is happening? Let’s help the powers that be change their minds on the fate of this show. On Thursday, March 18, 2010 the Chicago Tribune printed a nice article written by Mark Caro in support of the Save Bonnie efforts. Check it out. The grass roots campaign to save The Bonnie Hunt Show is in full swing. Action is needed now.
If you live in Chicago, there will be a rally at Wrigley Field TOMORROW, Saturday, March 20th at 11:30am. If you can’t make it tomorrow, there is still time to make travel arrangements for the LA Rally to be held on March 26th. Do Not Delay. I must say that I am shocked and disappointed that Bonnie’s show has been canceled. Although I am not a regular TV viewer at 2pm weekdays, I have had the opportunity to check out The Bonnie Hunt Show many times. I always enjoy Bonnie Hunt’s humor and love when she has her mother, Alice, on the show. If you have the chance, make a point of watching an episode or two and invite your friends to do the same…especially if you are from Chicago. If you don’t know when the show is on in your area, check out The Bonnie Hunt Show’s web site. In Chicago, she is on at 2pm on NBC. Let’s show support for our fellow Chicago native. It’s not too late to make a change. Go Bonnie!!
